By using our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
2. Products and Orders
All products are made on demand through Printful, our third-party fulfillment partner. Production typically takes 3–7 business days before shipping.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that production begins immediately and every item is custom-made.
We may cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud or error. If a pricing mistake occurs, we will contact you before charging or cancel the order.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices are listed in CZK or EUR (including VAT where applicable). Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal. We do not store any credit card details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is handled by Printful and their logistics partners. Estimated delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy.
You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address and for any customs fees or import duties.
5. Returns & Refunds
Because all items are custom printed, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size.
We offer replacements or refunds only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled items. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All logos, artwork, and content on this website belong to New Bohemian Tours s.r.o. or their respective owners. They may not be used without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, delays, or issues outside our control.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of Prague.
