Refund Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges
Because each product is custom printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size.
Please check our product size guides before purchasing.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item:
- Email contact@drunkenmonkeymerch.cz within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos and your order number
Once confirmed, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
3. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before production starts (usually within a few hours of ordering). After production begins, the order cannot be changed or refunded.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 10–14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.
5. Exceptions
We cannot refund or replace items that are:
- Lost due to incorrect address entry
- Damaged after delivery
- Delayed by postal or customs issues
6. Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Czech and EU consumer law.
