We use Printful to print every item on demand. Fulfillment takes about two to five business days. Shipping then takes one to eight business days depending on your location.

Printful has fulfillment centres in Europe, the USA and other regions. Your order ships from the facility closest to you.

Some international orders may have customs or import fees. These come from your local customs office.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking link.

Contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos. If the item has a manufacturing error or arrives damaged, Printful will replace or refund it.

Because each item is printed when you order it, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, colour or change of mind.

First check your tracking link, your local post office and neighbours. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will help you.

Changes can only be made before the item enters production. Once printing starts, the order cannot be changed.
