Shipping Policy

1. Fulfillment Time

Each item is made to order. Production takes 3–7 business days before shipping begins.

Approximate delivery times:

  • USA: 3–4 days
  • Europe: 6–8 days
  • Australia: 2–14 days
  • Japan: 4–8 days
  • International: 10–20 days

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and item type. Some items may ship separately depending on availability.

3. Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you don’t receive it within 10 days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

4. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may incur customs fees, VAT, or import taxes. These charges are determined by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Missing or Delayed Orders

Before contacting us, please:

  • Verify the address on your order confirmation
  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

If the package is still missing, email us at contact@drunkenmonkeymerch.cz with your order number.

If an incorrect address was entered, we can reship the order once it is returned to Printful. Reshipping costs will apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, notify us within 7 days with photos and details. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.

7. Returns from Delivery Failures

Packages returned due to unclaimed delivery or incorrect address can be resent at the buyer’s expense.
